- 44 Oak Street: Conversion of a 30,000 s.f. nonconforming commercial building into six dwelling units and accessory parking. Historic District please attend.
- 1100-1102 Beacon Street: Raze the existing building and construct new with four dwelling units. Special Permit relief for the residential use and various dimensional requirements.
