The public is invited to the Newton Free Library’s Druker Auditorium on January 7 at 7PM to learn about the 109-page report — Aging in Newton: A Community Needs Assessment — commissioned by the City to assist strategic planning in preparation for the opening of the Cooper Center for Active Living. The UMass Boston researchers who prepared the report will present and discuss results. (See Fig City News article on the research.)
