The Newton Turkey Trot will be held on November 24, and all are urged to sign up early, since it sells out every year. Two races start and end at Zervas Elementary School (30 Beethoven Avenue): the 1-mile family race starts at 8:30AM and the 5K starts at 9AM. See the website for prizes and guidelines.
The Newton Turkey Trot is a family event that draws more than 1,400 participants each year. It raises funds for The Newton Food Pantry, the Centre Street Food Pantry and Journey Forward.
