The Land Use Committee held:
- Request to Rezone 2 parcels, 329-331 River Street and 335 River Street (7-0) from Single Residence 3 to Multi Residence 1 and to raze existing dwellings and combine the two lots for the construction of six attached single-family dwellings in three separate buildings with parking waivers (7-0) Concerns expressed in the public hearing about spot zoning circumventing zoning regulations and setting a precedent. Public hearing to be continued.
