  • Violation requested appearance – Board was notified by the Newton Police Department that an alleged violation of the license held by Jilong, Inc. d/b/a Edamame Asian Cuisine, 148 California Street – alleging that business old alcohol beverages to an intoxicated person in violation of M.G.L. c. 138 § 69 and Regulation 14(b) of the City of Newton Board of License Commissioners’ Regulations.
