Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra of Boston will feature resident conductor and concertmaster Gabriel Lefkowitz in Treasures Of Youth And Age, an afternoon of violin-centric chamber music, featuring Pro Arte’s principal clarinetist Ian Greitzer and principal bassoonist Ronald Haroutunian. The performance will take place on Sunday, October 27, at 3PM at the Second Church in Newton (60 Highland Street, West Newton). Tickets available online.
Works performed will include Tanner Porter — Canyons; Richard Strauss — Duett Concertino for Clarinet, Bassoon and Strings; and Joseph Suk — Serenade for Strings, Op. 6.
