Newton for Everyone: What would it take to build 100% affordable housing in Newton?, Jan. 13

UPDATE: This event has been rescheduled to January 13, due to illness.
Newton for Everyone will host a hybrid discussion — What would it take to build 100% affordable housing in Newton? — on January 13 at 7PM, at the Congregation Dorshei Tzedek/Second Church (60 Highland Street, West Newton) and on Zoom.

Newton native and current resident Jason Korb will speak about the costs, considerations, and risks involved in developing 100% affordable housing, along with ideas for how Newton could become more welcoming to more affordable homes. He has been building 100% affordable housing for almost 20 years. His work includes projects in Bridgewater, Brockton, Cambridge, Easton, Haverhill, Sharon, Springfield, and Templeton. He is a Trustee of the Newton Affordable Housing Trust and on the Board of CHAPA.

Register online to attend in person or remotely by Zoom.
