I have known Rick Lipof as a dear friend and neighbor for 25 years. We lived on the same street and raised our kids together, all of them attending the Newton public schools and the same Synagogue. We did family dinners and holidays together, celebrated our children’s achievements and milestones, and were there for each other during happy and difficult times. Rick is an amazing dad, husband, and human being. He has owned his own real estate appraisal and consulting business for 33 years, and has served on the Newton City Council for more than 20. He was elected by his peers to be vice president of the Council, and his commitment to the well-being, safety, and health of the Newton community is unmatched. On the Council, he is known as the voice of reason. He helped save 20 acres at Kessler Woodland for permanent conservation land. He is a man of the highest integrity and passion for our community. His dad was a City Councilor and his mom a Rabbi. There is no better candidate to lead our city. Please vote for Rick Lipof for Massachusetts State House!
