The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team (DRT) this week (see DRT Snapshot):
- 31 Chase Street: Current use is SFH. Petitioner plans to repave part of the property, possibly further increasing nonconforming lot coverage.
- 275 Grove Street: Amend special permit to allow signage and improvements to front landscaped portion of the building (amendment to site plan).
