The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Developmen Review Team (DRT) this week (see DRT Snapshot):
- 15-17 Playstead Road: Special permit to waive parking in a two-family dwelling after turning garage into habitable space. Possible amendment/consistency to existing variance waiving required lot area and lot area per unit.
- 3 Curtis Street: Administrative Site Plan for Daycare, possible Montessori school.
- 250 Waltham Street: Fessenden School Administrative site plan review for construction for a new dining hall.
