The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team (DRT) this week (see DRT Snapshot):
- 51 Mt Alvernia Street: Special Permit to build a garage with a footprint of 815 square feet with an accessory apartment on upper level-single family home.
- 15 York Road: Special Permit to exceed FAR-single family home.
- 239 Langley Road: Current use is a two family, applicant proposes a new detached accessory unit that potentially needs relief for lot area unit, undersized stall, rear setback relief.
