The following proposals/projects are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team (DRT) this week (see DRT Snapshot):
- 30 Glendale Road: Special Permit to exceed FAR
- 16 Braeland Avenue: Pre-existing nonconforming single-family dwelling. Plan to add a single story two-car garage. May need FAR relief and relief to alter and extend nonconforming setback.
- 62 Lenox Street: ADU/pool house in historic carriage house. Special Permit for FAR and dormers.
