The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team (DRT) this week (see DRT Snapshot):
- 340 River Street/86 Lexington Street: Relief: Combine two lots (currently used as a small retail and residential) to build a new four-unit single family attached building. Needs relief for use and for height (three stories and 37.5 ft) and possibly for setbacks (on a corner lot)
- 417-421 Auburn Street: Spercial Permit to add a unit to a nonconforming five-unit multi family dwelling
- 44 Erie Avenue: Special Permit for an oversized dormer
