The following potential projects/proposals are scheduled to meet with the Development Review Team (DRT) this week (see DRT Snapshot):
- 55 Huntington Road: Renovation/addition of single-family dwelling that changes the average grade of the site. Proposed addition will further extend nonconforming 3rd story
- 3 Valley Spring Road: Special permit to add a second story to a dwelling with a nonconforming front setback
- 1150-1152 Walnut Street: Special permit for free-standing sign.
