The Charles River Chamber of Commerce will award tuition scholarships (approximately $2,000 each) to four students in its four-community region (Needham, Newton, Watertown, Wellesley) who plan to attend an accredited program, community college, college or university in the next academic year. The addition of community colleges and other accredited post-secondary programs represents an expansion of eligibility this year. Applications are due by 5PM on March 29 and will be reviewed by a panel of local leaders.
