The Zoning & Planning Committee voted to hold the following:
- Request to rezone a lot on Dedham Street (Ward 5) (8-0) from Public Use to Single Residence. According to the report, this is the former location of a water tower. The lot has no street frontage and per the City Council order, must be kept as open space. The petition was held for public hearing scheduled for Monday, December 11.
