- 49-51 Winchester Street: Montessori school – Special Permit for a for-profit school
- 432 Dedham Street Existing Special Permit: Project is to construct a 2- car garage with an ADU
- 1897-1947 Washington Street (Woodland Golf Club): Woodland Golf Club – Regrade a tee, relocate the snack shack, and place an awning over the outdoor dining patio
