The Newton Coalition for Community Wellness will host an overdose prevention community resource night on November 29, 7PM-8:30PM, at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church (258 Concord Street, Newton Lower Falls). The evening will include a speaker series — including Mayor Ruthanne Fuller and Lower Falls resident Dr. Sarah Bagley — as well as Narcan and Fentanyl Test Strip trainings and free distribution, a community vigil, and resource tables. All are welcome to attend. Anyone under the age of 25 (or who has children under the age of 25) is particularly encouraged to come.
