The Newton Police Department will again host Gobble Gobble Give Boston to assist in preparing meals for delivery to four shelters and many individuals to help feed the hungry in our community. It’s part of the nationwide Gobble Gobble Give movement. More volunteers are needed in Boston/Newton!
Volunteers must first sign up to donate, cook, package, and/or deliver meals on November 23, Thanksgiving morning. Then come to Police Headquarters (1321 Washington Street, West Newton) 10AM-11AM to help out.
More donations of cooked food are needed: Sliced turkey and/or mashed potatoes, in containers that will not be returned. Bring donated food 10AM-10:45AM.
Financial donations may be made through the nationwide Gobble Gobble Give website.
