Participating Newton Centre businesses will have special offers during the 3rd annual Newton Centre Holiday Shop & Stroll on December 10, noon to 4PM, organized by All Over Newton. Carolers from the First Unitarian Universalist Society in Newton (FUUSN) will stroll and sing.
From 1PM to 3PM, all are invited to drop off gifts for The Village Bank Holiday Gift Drive at the Newton Police Department’s Stuff-A-Cruiser in the triangle parking lot. “Officer” LEO will be there to shake paws with all. Gifts for the toy drive should be new, unwrapped, and suitable for children ages 0 to 10. They can include age-appropriate toys, games, electronics, and sporting goods as well as gift cards from local merchants.
At 1PM, the Temple Emanuel Children’s Choir will sing holiday songs at the triangle in the Newton Centre parking lot, next to the Stuff-A-Cruiser Toy Drive.
