I am very glad to endorse Dan Gaynor for Newton City Council. A lifelong resident, local business owner, and devoted family man, Dan’s commitment to our community is strong and enduring.
Dan’s approach to problem-solving is rooted in data and facts, not ideology. His extensive experience — including service as a Presidential appointee in the Obama-Biden administration — have provided valuable skills to navigate complex policy issues and devise practical solutions that citizens will welcome.
Dan has identified four core policy pillars that align with Newton’s needs: smarter development; sustainable innovation; support for public schools and local businesses; and investment in public safety. These are his priorities as he looks toward a brighter future for our city.
Dan is dedicated to transparency, community engagement and accountability. This means that residents’ voices will be listened to and carefully considered in the decision-making process.
Dan Gaynor’s personal connection to Newton, his experience, and his vision make him the ideal candidate for City Council. I urge residents in Ward 2 to vote for Dan, and to work with him to make Newton an even better place to live and work and raise children.
