The Programs and Services Committee voted to approve the following (see Report and watch NewTV video):
- Confirmatory Order of Taking for Webster Woods. According to the report, the reason for the order is to correct an error in the boundaries of Webster Woods in the original order. It was explained to the Committee that this error was due to a property marker being discovered that more accurately reflected the boundaries. (see Fig City News article).
- The Committee voted to approve 7-0.
The Programs and Services Committee voted to hold the items related to proposed amendments to the Tree Preservation Ordinance. According to the report, Chair Krintzman requested members submit any amendments or topics they would like to revisit in advance of the meeting scheduled in October (October 4 – see Upcoming City Council Meetings).
