- Request to allow a drive-in business and associated parking waivers, to allow a freestanding sign and to allow oversized directional signs at 940 Boylston Street – Dunkin Donuts – see Special Permit documents and Draft Council Order
- Three requests to amend vibration control conditions contained in previously approved Special Permits:
- 136-144 Hancock Street – (also request to amend condition regarding units which were designated to conform to MAAB requirements) – see Special Permit documents and Draft Council Order
- 106 River Street – see Special Permit documents and Draft Council Order
- 71 Commonwealth Avenue – see Special Permit documents and Draft Council Order
