Ding’s Kitchen reopens in Newton Centre

Ding’s Kitchen (at 10 Langley Road, Newton Centre) reopened on Saturday night after apparently satisfying health inspectors’ concerns through renovations.

The reopening was announced with a sign on the front door last Thursday. Tuesday evening, patrons could be seen eating, and a new sign speaks of a promotion — from now until the 12th of this month for “anyone who eats in our store, consumption can be made with the checkout receipt. Redeem a gift card (for next use) $20” (per Google Translate).

The hugely popular restaurant, known for a unique style of “mild hot pot” offerings, was closed by the City’s Health Department on May 22 for repeated health code violations.
