Board of License Commissioners will meet virtually (Zoom link) on Tuesday, August 15 at 7:30PM. The agenda includes the following requests:
- A One-Day Temporary Entertainment License for a live professional wrestling event where proceeds will be donated to charity on Saturday, September 15, 2023 from 7:30-10PM at the Newton Elks Lodge.
- A One-Day Temporary Wine and Malt License for a Beer Garden/Annual Street Fair on Saturday, September 9, 2023 with a rain date of Sunday, September 10, 2023 from 12PM-3PM to be held at the Street Chestnut Hill, 33 Boylston Street
- Alteration of Premises and Change to the On-Site Manager at Feast and Fettle, Inc. d/b/a/ Feast & Fettle, 811 Washington Street. Alteration is to add the adjacent storefront of approximately 700 sq. ft., and the on-site manager will change from Kyla Hanaway Quilan to Rebecca Brady.
- Transfer the All-Alcohol Package Store, License Pledge of License, and Inventory from Vinodivino I, LLC to MDM Wine1 LLC d/b/a Vinodivino, 899 Walnut Street. The hours of operation will be Monday – Friday 11AM–9PM, Saturday 10AM-9PM, and 11AM-6PM. The license and inventory will be pledged to Middlesex Savings Bank.

Conservation Commission will meet virtually (Zoom link) on Thursday, August 17 at 7PM. The agenda includes the following requests:
- An Amended Order of Conditions (OOC) that reflects the addition of 2 parking spaces required by zoning at 27 Cross Street. See 27 Cross St civil plans; 27 Cross St planting plan; and 27 Cross St Amendment app.
- An Order of Conditions (OOC) on a Notice of Intent (NOI) for a pool and accessories at 580 Walnut Street. See 580 Walnut civil plans; 580 Walnut landscape plans; and 580 Walnut NOI app.
- An informal discussion to provide preliminary input regarding permitability of the project to support the Site Plan Approval process for the elementary school project at Countryside Elementary School. Preliminary project review for Commission’s initial comments and concerns.
