Northland Development will host a Community Tour of its real estate development project at the corner of Needham and Oak Streets on July 20, 6PM-7:30PM. Weather permitting, this will include a walk through the construction site. The tour will start inside of Building 1, the historic mill building at 156 Oak Street in Newton Upper Falls. Please enter from Oak Street across from Abbot Street. The building also has an accessible elevator entrance, and there is a fair amount that can be seen from the main floor of Building 1. The construction site is not accessible, however, and for that people will need to wear appropriate, closed-toed shoes.
Parking is usually available on Chestnut Street east of the intersection with Oak Street.
