The Newton Theatre Company presents The Monologue Project: LGBTQ+ Voices. Tickets are free, but please RSVP via these links:
- Saturday, June 24 at 8PM at the Hyde Bandshell (70 Lincoln Street, Newton Highlands) In the event of rain, the performance will be moved indoors in the Hyde Center at the same address.)
- Monday, June 26 at 7PM at the Newton Free Library (Homer Street)
Hear the stories of Newton LGBTQ+ folks with a variety of identities and backgrounds as they share challenges they have overcome and take pride in their identities. Music and drag performances will be interspersed among the monologues at Saturday’s show to showcase all different aspects of the LGBTQ+ community.
