Residents in 11 homes on Garland Road — in partnership with Newton’s 4 Our Future program — are hosting the Sustainable Street Tour on June 4, noon to 4PM, to help the public learn about solar projects, heat pumps, insulation, and driving electric. Stop by to see completed projects and talk with owners and energy experts. Learn about increased incentives in 2023 for installing insulation, heat pumps, EVs, solar panels, etc. — and learn about finding qualified installers.
The tour takes place on Garland Road (between Homer and Beacon Streets, across from the Whole Foods at Four Corners; (Google map).
