Music Mondays is a women-run nonprofit presenting frequent, live music concerts in the Scandinavian Living Center’s Nordic Hall to audiences of mostly senior citizens. On Monday April 24, 2-3PM Letitia Stevens (soprano) and Bonnie Donham (piano) will offer a recital, “To the Distant Beloved,” in person at the Scandinavian Living Center (206 Waltham Street) and live-streamed (Zoom link).
Letitia Stevens and Bonnie Donham have been delighting audiences with dynamic recital performances for nearly 20 years. They have appeared together in recitals and competitions in the Boston area, New York City and in south west France. Their repertoire extends from Purcell and Handel to Britten and new music, focusing on British, French, and German art song.
Admission is free and donations are appreciated and go 100% to the musicians.
