The Jennifer Price Global Education Leadership Fund (GELF) enables students to participate in Newton Public Schools international education experiences by providing need-based financial aid to students whose families cannot afford the cost. Much of GELF’s funding comes from its annual fundraising dinner. This year, the dinner takes place on April 29 at 6:30PM in a new location — Wilson Chapel, on Herrick Road, in Newton Centre — featuring food and drinks donated by local restaurants, live music, dancing, mystery boxes, and community leaders.
