- 39 Henshaw Street – Special Permit to allow addition possibly requiring floor area ratio (FAR) relief
- 236 Chapel Street – Special Permit to increase dwelling from 2 to 3 units
- 714-724 Beacon Street – Special Permit to allow oversized wall-mounted sign
