JCC Greater Boston will present A Musical Celebration Honoring Jewish Composers featuring the international trio, Border Colleagues, on May 6, 3PM-4:30PM at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC. Border Colleagues is a collaboration of three virtuosic musicians who connect across geographic boundaries to celebrate music-making together: Thomasine Berg (flute) in Boston; Michael Kevin Jones (cello) in Madrid, Spain; and Bruce Vogt (piano) in Victoria, Canada. They will play music by renowned Jewish composers, including Felix Mendelssohn, Ernest Bloch and George Gershwin. For ages 12+. Tickets are $15 ($10 for JCC members). Register here.
