Remarking on her time with the Lion’s Roar, outgoing Editor-in-Chief, senior Emily Schwartz, said, “I’ve learned that working on the paper is not only about the community of the paper, but it’s about the community around you and making sure people in that community’s voices are heard — that they feel like they are being featured and included in the paper. It’s about creating content and coverage that reaches those people and brings people together.”
