- Appointment of Dr. Michael Richardson to Parks & Recreation Commission (7-0, Baker not voting)
- Early Voting Hours at City Hall for March 14th Special Election (7-0, Baker not voting):
- Friday, March 3, 2023, 8:30AM – 5PM
- Saturday, March 4, 2023, 11AM – 5PM
- Sunday, March 5, 2023, 11AM – 5PM
- Monday, March 6, 2023, 8:30AM – 5PM
- Tuesday, March 7, 2023, 8:30AM – 5PM
- Request to temporarily move the polling location for Ward 2, Precinct 3, currently at the Senior Center to Cabot School
- Request to permanently move the polling location for Ward 3, Precinct 2, currently located at Pierce Elementary School to Temple Shalom for a “smoother voting experience.”
The Committee voted No Action Necessary on the following:
- Discussion with City Staff regarding how to integrate a year‐round pool into the CIP. “The feasibility study for an indoor pool has been added to the Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) for the Parks, Recreation, and Culture Department. It was noted that this feasibility study would include looking at the budgeting parameters and subsequently developing a business plan for the project.” $200,000 is the estimated cost for a feasibility study in 2023.
