The Land Use Committee held the following:
- The Request for a Class 3 Auto Dealer’s License for KC Auto – 55 Farwell Street. KC Auto operates out of a home not registered as a “Home Business” with the Inspectional Services Division and has been the subject of numerous complaint calls made to the City Clerk’s Office. 7-0
- Request for a Special Permit/Site Plan Approval to subdivide the current lot into two, with one single-family dwelling each at 19 Staniford Street – see Special Permit documents.
