Music Mondays is a women-run nonprofit presenting frequent, live music concerts in the Scandinavian Living Center’s Nordic Hall to audiences of mostly senior citizens. Their 25th concert since March 2020 will be on Monday December 12, 2PM-3PM: Violinist Peter Zazofsky, cellist Ronald Lowry, and pianist Randall Hodgkinson of the Orion Ensemble will play piano trios by Schumann and Babadjanian. The concert will be in-person and also livestreamed (Zoom link Meeting ID: 861 5606 7571 Passcode: december).
Donations are encouraged and all go to the musicians. In-person donations may be by cash or check made out to Music Mondays, Inc. Other donations may be by Venmo (@Music-Mondays) or Zelle (musicmondaysnewton@gmail.com or check (email musicmondaysnewton@gmail.com for the mailing address).
