Chestnut Hill Square: Bedding/Bath/Linen Donation Drive, Nov. 28-Dec. 18

Chestnut Hill Square is hosting a linen donation drive to benefit Welcome Home, a Newton-based local home goods pantry. Welcome Home provides families experiencing hardship with basic household items they need to live with dignity.

From Monday, November 28 through Sunday, December 18, donations of clean, new, and like-new items (free of rips or stains) can be dropped at Serena & Lily in Chestnut Hill Square. Items especially needed include full, queen, and king blankets, comforters & sheet sets, and towels. To make a monetary donation, visit WelcomeHomeMass.org.

“At Welcome Home we are so grateful for the continued support of the Chestnut Hill Square community. We are aiming to double the number of clients we serve as the weather gets colder so the willingness of Chestnut Hill Square to do a drive that will put items on our shelves directly supports our work. We are reliant on our business partners and Chestnut Hill Square has been steadfast in their commitment to help provide necessary home goods to those in need through Welcome Home,” says Mindy Peckler, Co-Founder of Welcome Home.
