The Nonantum Neighborhood Association organizes an annual bus trip to raise funds for three $1000 scholarships for high-school seniors. This year’s trip, on November 5, will go to Woodbury Common Outlets for luxury goods and Mohegan Sun for gambling and a large Christmas Festival. Buses will depart 110 Linwood Avenue in Nonantum at 6:30AM and return about 8:45PM. The cost ($100), which does not include the Christmas Festival, may be paid by check (to Nonantum Neighborhood Association) or Venmo (TreasurershopNNA@gmail.com) to the attention of Lisa DiFelice/Bus Trip.
