Newton Cultural Council: Grant applications due Oct. 17

The Newton Cultural Council (NCC) is seeking proposals for projects in all artistic and humanist disciplines that:

  • Have a public benefit for Newton residents,
  • Are collaborative,
  • Serve underrepresented populations and elevate the voices and experiences of historically marginalized groups to highlight the current and historical diversity of Newton.

Apply online by October 17. If you have further questions, email info@newtonculturalcouncil.com or call 617-796-1540.

Funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the City of Newton, the NCC supports the cultural vitality of Newton by funding proposals from cultural organizations, artists, and humanists to promote excellence in creative, cultural and humanistic projects while benefiting and enriching our community. Last year, the NCC awarded funding to over 50 proposals.
