The Committee voted to approve the following (see Report and video on NewTV):
- Request authorization to acquire whether by purchase or friendly eminent domain the property at 47 Walnut Place adjacent to the current Senior Center.
- Request for a discussion with the Planning Department and possible amendments regarding time restrictions for filing Special Permits for Major Projects.
