Newtonville Historic District Commission will meet virtually (Zoom link) on Thursday, September 1 at 7:30PM. The agenda includes the following:

  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to renovate the existing house including replace roofing, siding, windows, doors, cutters, and downspouts; change the front elevation roof line; add dormers and entry portico; change window and door program; build a second-story addition on the garage; add garage lights; and build new walkways at 12 Page Road
  • Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to build a vestibule and entry at the back; add two basement egress windows and window wells and build a side exit door and stairs with railings on the right side; and build a landing with railing with stairs to ground level on the left side at 51 Page Road
