The Newton Fire Department is holding an Open House on August 13, 10AM-2PM, at Fire Headquarters (31 Willow Street, Newton Centre) to welcome prospective firefighters and provide information about opportunities in fire service and about the Massachusetts Civil Service Firefighter Exam. Apply by August 30 (or by September 13 with late fee) to take the written Municipal Firefighter Exam on or after October 24, followed by the Entry Level Physical Ability Test (video).
