The City recently announced it has named Endless Energy as its vetted Home Performance Contractor as its partner in moving forward with the 4OurFutures project – a campaign designed to encourage and assist residents in reducing greenhouse gas emissions from their homes and combat the climate crisis.
Endless Energy was selected from among 16 firms who downloaded or picked up project packets, and three who made the final review in response to the Request for Qualifications that City issued in February 2022. Endless Energy is a MassSave-approved contractors who will serve Newton residents as a “one stop shop” for home energy improvements: it will offer MassSave home energy assessments, advice, and follow-up energy efficiency work. This will include weatherization, and advice on solar installations, greening transportation options, electrification of heating, and electric charges for cars. The Contractor will also explain to homeowners all the subsidies available to them under the MassSave and other government programs.
