July 12th:
- Request for a Special Permit/Site Plan Approval by Packard Cove Associates, LLP for a marijuana research facility at 241 – 247 Riverview Avenue
- Request to amend a previously approved Special Permit/Site Plan Approval for 2Life Holdings LLC/2Life Coleman Limited Partnership for an additional residential story resulting in an 8-story building, with 31 additional dwelling units and an additional parking level with 99 stalls at 333 Nahanton Street/677 Winchester Street – (only original special permit material is on the city website here)
July 19th:
- Request for a Special Permit/Site Plan Approval to demolish an existing dwelling and construct 3 single-family attached dwellings at 157 Langley Road
- Request to rezone 2 parcels at 11 Florence Street and 318 Boylston Street and for a Special Permit/Site Plan Approval by Seltzers Garden City Inc. to construct elder living (120 units) with services in a 5-story building
- Request to rezone 3 parcels at 1314 Washington Street, 31 Davis Street, and 33 Davis Street and for a Special Permit/Site Plan Approval by HQ LLC, to allow a mixed-use residential building (50 residential units) with 5 stories and allow for a restaurant with more than 50 seats
