Three requests will be considered at the Land Use Committee this week for an extension of time to exercise a Special Permit/Site Plan Approval: 449 Commonwealth Avenue – garage expansion creating a 2-care detached garage in excess of 700 sq. ft with dormers exceeding width; (50% of length of wall plane below); 956 Walnut Street – demolition of existing single-family dwelling and construction of 7 single-family dwelling units in 3 buildings; 20-22 Circuit Avenue – conversion of an existing 2-family to a 3-family by converting existing attic space. The Committee will also hear a petition to extend the non-conforming height (33 Industrial Place); a petition to allow parking in the front setback (326 Lake Avenue); a petition to increase and extend non-conformities – lot coverage and open space (126 Gibbs Street); and increase a non-conforming FAR (58 Greenlawn Avenue).
