- 9 Orouke Path – Variance for a pool within the front setback (two front setbacks, not a corner lot
- 37 Truman Road – Special Permit for a third story and nonconforming floor area ratio
- 50 Elmore Street – Special Permit to increase nonconforming floor area ratio (FAR) to construct detached 2 car garage
