The agenda includes the following:
- Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to amend the previously approved side addition to extend the length of the side elevation and change the details, and change the back elevation at 46 Vista Avenue.
- Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace vinyl siding with HardiePlank and to replace the corner boards and trim at 348 Central Street.
- Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to repave the existing driveway, and install a cobblestone band and granite paver area at 34 Groveland Street.
- Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install exterior light fixtures at 347 Central Street.
- Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace triple windows on the front and the windows on the left side at 118 Windermere Road.
- Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace granite markers with masonry piers and lights, replace front entry stepping stone path with solid masonry path, install a gate at the breezeway opening, install metal and AZEK fencing and gates, and install masonry patio area at the back at 51 Hawthorne Avenue.
- Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace siding and trim, redo the brickwork on the basement level, install a stone window well, install stone-wrapped posts for the back deck, and replace the front entry posts at 21 Lasell Street.
- Request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to move and reorient the existing house and build an addition, and build a new house with an attached garage on the backlot at 113 Grove Street.
