Since groundbreaking last September, construction has proceeded on a new Gath Pool and splashpad. The new pool will open on June 24 with a “soft opening” with a limited schedule for the first week while lifeguards remain in school. The regular summer schedule will begin the following week, and the new splashpad will be open once construction on it is complete.
