I am writing to let you know that I have stepped down from my role leading Fig City News. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a founder and writer for this wonderful community news source that our editor, Bruce Henderson, and Board members and reporters – Martina Jackson, Jack Prior, Alan Spatrick, Tami Gambiza, Adam Bernstein, Julie Cohen, our student interns, and dozens of guest reporters – have created. Working closely with them all over the last 18 months, I am confident of the path ahead for Fig City News.
I have learned so much about our great city and enjoyed the wonderful stories, events, and work that our residents and our electeds do in Newton. It’s been a joy to meet Fig City News readers throughout our community who share these feelings. Thanks so much to everyone who reads, subscribes, and contributes to this local news service.
